[Collins] 32S-3 problem.

I have discovered that the shaft on the bandswitch will shift and needs to
be repositioned and relocked with the set screw.
Look in the side hole of the aluminum coil shield to inspect the position
of the switch contacts. This alignment is critical as you well know for
proper operation.
