[Collins] 51S-1...dial drag or no?

A few weeks ago, I posted a want for a dial drag lever for my 51S-1. However, I recently received a piece of Collins 51S-1 propaganda that showed an early 51S1 sans dial drag. It so happens that I think my 51S-1 is an early  version (#277) and has NO dial drag.

Question: who hasn't a dial drag on their 'S1? Thanks. Cal, N6KYR.
