[Collins] 30K-1 front panel decals

Dave,

I have always been under the notion that the early 30K (not 30K-1) had
markings on the knobs, but none on the panel, other than a metal
index. That would make for an easy refurb of the panels. I am sure
that I have seen a couple of these 30K's with no lettering on the panel,
but don't own one.

This just my opinion about the 30K vs 30K-1 so take it with a grain of
salt.

I have also wondered if there was ever a 30K-2 or a 30K-3 but the only
clue in that regard was a second hand rumor of seeing a schematic for
one or the other.
