[Collins] 30K-1 front panel decals

Would anyone have firsthand knowledge if the early 30K-1's had front panel
decals.

I have serial numbers 12 and 26 and both have front panel decals but other
owners of later models claim that their 30K-1 front panels do not have any
white decal markings.

Maybe just on the very early units.
