[Collins] SB 8 Question

I am posting this for K2WH :

I am currently performing the mods as presented in SB-8 for the KWM-2.
Section "A" I am currently performing without any problems.  I had intended
to perform Section "B" which supposedly eliminates coupling from the AGC
rectifier to the
first audio tube.

A problem appeared when looking at the before and after schematics.  The
before image shows capacitor C102 connected to the cathode (Pin 1) of V16A.
In the after image, C102 has been moved to the cathode of V15A pin 2&3.
This is fine however, this move is not listed in the step by step
modification procedure.

Can you help?  I need to know if the schematic is correct or the text is
correct.  Both cannot be correct.  Does C102 get moved?   Finally, should
all 3 mods be done?
