Ron (I believe his call is KK4PK) did indeed make these SSB adapters. He has 
depleted his supply of parts and has no plans to make more. However, I wish he 
would reconsider. I have one and it works better than the CV-591A (I have 2 
of those) and they were very well made. He made 2 models, one for 455 and one 
for 500 kHz IFs. The difference in models was the crystals and the artwork 
label.
Maybe he can be convinced to make another run?
