[Collins] 30S-1 problem.

There is not a great deal of clearance between the subchassis and the switch
panel (front panel if you wish)
I had a 30S-1 that was driving me crazy until if lowered the front panel and
noticed arc marks on the subchassis from the soldering lugs on one of the
toggle switches.
