Flukes are generally good. Be sure to check that the selected DVM is
rated for working in RF fields. Many haven't been and give wild readings
in a transmitter. My old B&K 2815 work well around transmitters but I've
had them for a long time. They aren't quite state of the art, but do
still work and have useful ranges.

Most of the manual readings were based on the 410B from HP and a good
DVM will load the high impedance circuits less though won't have the AC
bandwidth of the HP-410B vacuum tube diode AC probe.
