There was an article on powering the R-390 in the 1948 edition (large
format blue cover) of the Editors and Engineers Radio Handbook. Also the
power requirements were listed in the ART-13 manual, probably in one of
the older Surplus Conversion Manuals. It originally was run by a
dynamotor. I think Fair Radio may still have the connectors.
We used one at the Washington U (St. Louis) Radio Club, W0QEV around
1960. We set up a 24 volt motor generator in a back room, then the
dynamotor near the ART-13, found the connectors in a store room of
surplus but had to make the cables. It was best at feeding odd antennas
without the output capacitor accessory which we didn't have. That output
capacitor is needed for coax fed antennas and harmonic reduction.
PA/modulator plate voltage was about 1 KV, low voltage, probably 300 but
I don't remember for sure. 24 volts DC for tuning motors, filaments, and
heaters.
