Thanks to Dave and Jim,
T-301 is not marked on my chassis or schematic.  I wasn't sure what it was
until I took the PTO apart.

Per the excellent CRA article, I re-capped the PTO.
The .02 bypass caps were leaky, the 3000pf. cap was OK, but replaced anyway.
Hopefully this will cure a slight, but persistent FM'ing problem with the
PTO.
For anyone considering the procedure, it is a lot more difficult to describe
it than to do it.
Just work in a clean, contained area (I use the top of a shoe box) and do
not lose any of the small parts!!

This is the second time in recent weeks that I have found leaky bypass
capacitors in oscillator circuits. (The other was in a TMC CV-591).  We must
be getting to the end of the useful life of these devices.
