[Collins] 75A-4 dating

[The Shultz's]

I have two with serial numbers in the 1930 range and below 1000 and both
have the Bartlett 526 meter with the red over the S-9 scale.

I have forgotten the difference in the meter scales of the 75A-4's.

Was the meter face with the upper red scale, an early or late 75A-4 when
compared to the black on white meter face.  Which came first in other words.
