I have for sale a military R-388  all retuned like in the book with all the
bands on Frequency ( no so easy ) with the dial in the center ....it is very
hot using the latest Factory Mods ( also some of the late 51J4 1975 book ) .
It is well known as a much better HI-FI for AM broadcasting receiver ....the
bandpass is not limited by the narrow Mecanical filter ...a real
shortwaves-cruiser...
Now for CW  or SSB the Xal filter is very carefully balanced on all  1-2-3-4
position ,  so you can listen to only one sideband .
.Cosmetically " Very Good Condition " all original front panel with the 2
military original name plates , top and bottom covers and Guarantee not dead
on arrival .
