[Collins] 30l-1 with TS870

Hi there,
 I recently acquired this 30l-1 "sleeping beauty " which after 10 years =
layoff and "with a little help from my friends" (excuse the pun  ! ) is =
now up and running -=20
The TS870 remote  does trigger the amplifier relay ok, but I am still =
not sure what the 870 relay is rated at ?( no info in the handbook ) and =
don`t want to risk frying anything .=20
I have read about using a secondary unit -  would this be necessary for =
the TS870.
I am new to the COLLINS fraternity and would appreciate any advice at =
all regarding best practices using this amp.
