[Collins] Does this 30L-1 look ok to buy?

Hi Jim,

you probably wondered that the meter shows full scale for the plate
voltage (1. picture). Either the meter resistors are kaputt or the owner
has a far too high line voltage which will result in a far too high
filament voltage too.
