[Collins] KWS-1 grid problem.

Grid current meter going negative comes from a ground in the grid
circuit, could be leakage. Or could be grid emission from the PA tubes.
Check with the PA tubes out. Grid current meter going negative is sure
sign of leakage to ground in the grid circuit. Find the lowest (most
positive voltage point in the grid circuit and that's where the leakage
is. Leakage to ground should be lowering the grid bias and thus raising
the PA idling current, possibly drastically.
