[Collins] KWS-1 grid problem.

OK gang here is one for ya to think about... I have a KWS-1 that has low
grid current and the grid meter is going negative, so far I found a feed
thru cap was bad and the symptom is the same when connected to a known good
power supply so I know it is in the exciter, I have checked all the obvious
things but no luck finding the problem, I wonder if anyone has seen this
problem and can suggest a place to start looking???
