[Collins] ART-13 tuning chart?

I am now the proud owner of a new ART-13.  However it is missing the paper tuning chart (at least I think that's what it is) that is attached in the frame at the upper right hand corner of the radio. Could one of you kind souls take your's out, scan it, and email me a copy so I can at least reproduce one for mine.  I would be eternally grateful.  My email address is [email protected].
