[Collins] VOX Problem

Dave,

Check the resistance of the relay coil.  It may have changed.  It sounds
like the 6U8 plate current is not going to zero in standby.  Holding
current is quite a bit lower than the draw-in current.  Another
possibility is that the coil has developed a short to ground somewhere
in the winding.  Try switching out the relay coil.
