[Collins] Need 15M Xtal for 75A4

Have a 75A4 here I'm preparing to sell, ut it doesn't receive on 15M.
Checked the 15M crystal Y5 and it is stamped 23.3 Mhz.  The manual says it
should be 23.0 Mhz, so previous owner may have incorrectly installed a
crystal here, or the existing crystal is bad.  Either way, I need a
replacement crystal.  Question 1:  Should the 15M crystal be 23.0 or 23.3
Mhz?   Question 2: Does anyone have a replacement I can buy (23.0 Mhz
probably)?
