[Collins] A short bio of Art Collins on the Web

Next Monday, the CRA would like as many hams to check into the Collins Net
on 3853 Khz at 9 PM EDST to remember Mr. Collins.

Special QSL cards commerating this date will be sent to each person checking
in.

September 9th, Monday, will mark Art's 93rd birthday.

We will also be on this evening at 9 PM as well.  Station control will be
W3CRA.
