[Collins] CRA website - finishing touches

Thanks to Tom Jenkins, the CRA webmaster, the CRA website has some =
finishing touches.

See the Information section to see our Advisory Board members.

I guess the CRA site will never be finished.  It is truly an active site =
without the boiler plate of other sites.
