[Collins] 651S-1 power connector/pinout?

Heinz has sent me a picture of the Cannon connector he has. It appears
to be the Amphenol PT06E16-8S with the insert in the standard position.
Mouser prefixes that with a 654- and wants $39.57 in my latest catalog.
The cable strain relief is included.

Thanks to Heinz for supplying the Bendix part number and the picture to
clear things up.
