What part number is on the mating connector that works?

The one picture I found searching the internet that showed a bit of the
power connector looked like the more modern bayonet locked connector
than the 3106 family of threaded ring connector.

There can be significant variations in insert orientation and shell keys
in these shells to make a connector unique even with the right pin
arrangement. Since they are intended for military use, they are made so
the mismatched connectors won't mate even when pushed with a combat boot
or gun butt.
