[Collins] 651S-1 power connector/pinout?

Jerry-
I just noticed that in the Mouser catalog, the 654-97-3106A-16S-8P or -8S is
listed as a 5 pin connector, but the 651S-1 needs an 8 pin configuration.

At first I thought it was a typo, but now I believe the correct part number
must be "16-8" vs "16S-8".  I found the "16-8" as Mouser P/N
654-PT06E16-8S-SR (Plug with socket connectors), currently listed at $40 ea.

Without your response, I wouldn't have even gotten this far, thanks to you
and the others who had kindly responded to my yelp for help.  Hopefully this
will serve as great archive data for future folks in need.
