link.
The WCARA is in the process of restoring the Collins 821-A 250kW
transmitter known as BY-6 and removing transmitters BY-4 and BY-5.
This album contains pictures from this project. Click on any picture
for more detail!

This was the VOA site that is featured on the Collins Album for April,
2002.

Great pictures of the Collins 821A or BY-6 transmitter that "cranked
out" 250 KW before the Bethany VOA station near Cincinnati, Ohio,  was
decommissioned.
