The WCARA is in the process of restoring the Collins 821-A 250kW =
transmitter known as BY-6 and removing transmitters BY-4 and BY-5. This =
album contains pictures from this project. Click on any picture for more =
detail!=20

This was the VOA site that is featured on the Collins Album for April, =
2002.

Great pictures of the Collins 821A or BY-6 transmitter that "cranked =
out" 250 KW before the Bethany VOA station near Cincinnati, Ohio,  was =
decommissioned.
