[Collins] S-LIne meter nut removal

I've only done it once, but need to do it again.
What is the smart technique or use of a particular tool for removing those
tiny pesky nuts that hold the meter to the faceplate.  Is there a preferred
way to get these off and back on, **especially** those closest to the
chassis?

I'm not looking forward to using my marginally acceptable Xcelite snubby
sockets or my forceps again, and my aging eyes sure don't help, either.
