[Collins] 75A2 + 75A3 Differences

Hello,

The only difference between a 75A-2 and a 75A-3 was that the 75A-3
had mechanical filters.  The 75A-2 could be upgraded to use mechanical
filters, in which case it became a 75A-2A.  Only the 75A-4 had a
product detector.
