I lost my notes on this and need to ask once again if someone can put me on
to the military nomenclature of a transmitter that I serviced in the Air
Force back in the 60's. It was a Collins transmitter that used either a
4-1000A in the final modulated by a pair of 4-400A's. All pressurized
compartments in the RF section. Just a gorgeous unit that was about 7 feet
high and about 4 feet wide. Someone told me that there were a lot of these
near Philadelphia some years ago and that they were all sold. I do hope
that I am correct on the tube lineup. It tuned from 2 - 30 Mhz. It might
have had an SSB exciter built in as well.

I need to go back into my Collins library and see if I can find some data on
this transmitter.

Thank you.
