[Collins] Plastic trim ring clean-up

Cigarette and pipe tobacco tars should come off with solvents, shouldn't
need abrasives, just good soap or detergent. I can't speak for the
plastic trim ring, but the metal parts were painted with a baked epoxy
enamel that should stand up to much abuse.
