Now to test, go back to the old electricians trick. Wire up a light bulb
socket in series with the outlet. Use a 100 or 150 watt lamp to limit
the current and you can trace voltages without blowing the fuse to find
where power is getting to ground. Its far easier on the radio and fuse
supply and far more informative.
