Aluminum electrolytics don' store 5 years without failing. So they need
to be replaced. There are a few molded oiled paper capacitors that need
to be replaced. Then its probably going to have lumps of hardened grease
on the PTO lead screw and dirty contacts on the ceramic trimmers, and
the tubes won't run happily at half voltage on the variac.

There are service bulletins and probably manual excerpts on the CRA web
page.
