[Collins] S-Line Help

A dream-come-true...  I've been "gifted" with an absolutely beautiful
(flawless, CCA excellent perhaps?) 32S-1, 75S-3, 516F-2, and 312B-4...
The original owner hasn't turned it on in five years (ouch!) and when he
tried to bring it up slowly using a Variac a couple weeks ago, he says
it was "very quiet"...

I used to service S-Line equipment in the Army ('71-'74) but I'm rusty
and would hate to do anything to harm this beautiful equipment so I'd
really appreciate any guidance, wisdom, moral support, local help (metro
Detroit area), etc...

(1) Any "free" copies of the 75S-3, 32S-1, 516F-2, and 312B-4
    manuals floating around on the web (Ham Radio on a budget
    really sucks, hi hi)???  Or just the schematics perhaps???

(2) Recommendations on how to procede bringing this beautiful
    set of equipment 'back-to-life'???  ie; order of testing,
    75S-3, 516F-2, testing tubes, etc.???
