[Collins] Reflector protocal

This seems to be a common thread across all the lists served by the new
mailman.qth.net sites, they have the "reply to:" parm set to go back to
the entire list (most likely the default), rather than the poster. It's
up to the list administrator to make the change back to the old method.
Personally it's a pain since you now have to cut and paste to get the
posters address in and delete the list address, otherwise everyone gets
inundated with extraneous comments. I would prefer to see it back to
reply to the poster only. Make it an overt act (need to click on Reply
All) to get it to copy everyone. However on a few lists there have been
those who like it the new way. No pleasing everyone.
