[Collins] Reflector protocal

With this change to our new mailman software, it seems that replying to a
message sends it to the whole reflector.  Is it meant to be this way or
should private messages to the original sender be kept private?  It is not
that they are a secret but I don't need to know if someone needs a
thing-a-ma-jig that Joe Blow has one and wants $12.50 for it.

Am I alone in this or do others feel the same?  Maybe it is designed on
purpose this way.
