[Collins] 30L-1 with Kenwood TS830 Advise??

The 30L1 control wire has -120 volts DC when open, and an inductive kick
when opening. That's difficult to do with solid state. Needs good relay
contacts.
Then the ALC output from the 30L1 is negative going, I don't know if
that works with the 830 or not. You do want to use ALC to keep from
overdriving and splattering.
