[Collins] No Idling Current

Never too proud to reach out to those who can put be on the right track =
to fix my late model KWM-2A.

Problem:  No idling current.  Changed out the power supply and 6146 =
tubes.  Loads up fine. The bias pot on the power supply has no effect -  =
zero resting current.

This is what comes when you let a rig sit around for several years!

Oh, well, I guess that I have to stay away from the wife's egg nog.  =
This one has me stumped but it is probably something simple.
