[Collins] Need parts

Hello guys,
I bought a 75s1 receiver on that bay place in February 2001 and send =
money at once including for shipping. I got it in June this year after =
many promises and exquses from the seller. I took only 16 months and =
when I got it the filter was (offcause) missing. Also one control was =
smashed and power cord missing. Therefor I need the filters to make it =
running or maybe someone know how to test it without filters? It whould =
be good to know if there is life inside before buying parts.
Manual whould be nice too, an electronic stored whould be perfect.
I tried to leave negative feedback on the seller but he was already =
suspended.
