[Collins] 30L-1 amp hum

Hi Hiram.
I had a similar experience with a Tempo 2000 where the resonant tank is not
removed from the antenna in receive.
The signal would return if you tuned the plate tuning control off resonance.  At
resonance where I would get maximum power , I would get minimum receive. Off
resonance , the signal would increase in strength.

I cannot at this time re call the details but the solution was to replace the
plate bypass capacitor.
