i will be operating from Ice Station Zebra again,
< http://tinyurl.com/zgss4yu>,
Wednesday, 11 April, 2018.
7031 kHz @ 1800z. (That is 2pm EDT).
(This message sent in advance for the guys in "Digest Mode").
I will be using my old BC-221-Q, It has a "1 Watter" inside.
The "1 Watter" <http://www.kitsandparts.com/1watter-V3.php>
is driving a Pacific Antenna 10W amplifier <http://www.qrpkits.com/10wamp.html> .
This is a 40 meter only rig and has a range from 7018 to 7037 kHz.
I didn't add a digital frequency readout on this rig so i have to use the 'Calibration Chart'
to set my frequency. The construction details are in CQ Magazine Feb. 2018 and March 2018.
This rig might have a 1000 mile range.
If you can't hear me you might see me on the Cluster Map at <https://dxcluster.ha8tks.hu/rbn_ct1boh/>.
The Special QSL for the day will be the astrophotograph of NGC7000, The North American Nebula.
(I will be out in the field doing some maintenance but on the air at lunch time).
