Have you been watching the ISS HD TV cameras?
See <https://eol.jsc.nasa.gov/ESRS/HDEV/>.
Very cool views of earth on your computer.
If the picture is dark the ISS maybe in on the night side of the earth.
This experiment has been going on since 2014.
You can find the location of the ISS on the same link above.
You can see the ISS when there are no clouds, Go the NASA web site <https://spotthestation.nasa.gov/home.cfm>
for information on how to spot it from your location.
You can get live 4K UHD video from Galaxy 13 if you have a lot of extra hardware in your shack.
I got to work on the first ISS Cameras made by OCA/Dalsa that were on the SPAR (Canadian Robot) Arm.
I was watching for the de-orbit (crashing) of
China's Tiangong-1.
I think I can see Aurora (or some TV artifact) and I can see bright stars during the night side but
the cameras night sensitivity isn't very good.
I love this stuff....
