[CoARES-D10] Event planning documentation

During the meeting yesterday I mentioned the event planning 
documentation that is under development. I updated a few items this 
morning (very small changes - for anyone that had been looking at this 
previously) and it is available at

Please keep in mind that this is a "rough draft" and has no specific 
standing in the Section. The official document will probably be out some 
time this summer.

In the exercise, during the meeting yesterday, would something like this 
have been helpful to you?
