This is great!

It is very nice to see opinions and thoughts expressed.

Since D-10 does not have an AEC for Training, I thought it might work to 
start an "item of the week" for discussion. Thinking that if it went 
over well, we could continue as long as we had subjects to discuss.

Wellllll, I think we now have enough to stay busy for a while. PLEASE do 
not misunderstand. I am *not* suggesting we limit the discussion to the 
subjects at hand.

I would ask - if possible - limit E-mails to one subject. If you would 
like to add another subject, within a note or as a separate note, would 
it be possible to say something like
New Subject:
and then continue with what you want to say?

If we can do that I believe it will be easier to follow any given 
subject. It also gives you the latitude of selecting the subject(s) you 
care to discuss.

ALL of the subjects presented are good, and should be discussed. I also 
would hate to have the sheer number of subjects make it hard to follow a 
given discussion.
