[CoARES-D10] Packet workshop

I understand that two people from D-10 went down to the Packet workshop 
in Colorado Springs. Would either/both of you please send me an E-mail 
with your thoughts and impressions on the workshop?

I would like to put together a joint D-10, 11 and 27 Packet workshop and 
would like to include those items that work well (don't re-invent the 
wheel syndrome). I would also appreciate input from those that are 
really comfortable with packet on what should be included.
