[CoARES-D10] Thoughts on coming exercises

With several exercises coming (don't we always have some coming ;-) I 
was thinking about how each of us could be more productive while 
expending the minimum time to get ready. One of the lists from After 
Action reports might just help. It is the "top twenty" lessons learned 
from AA reports and could help many of us focus where to expend that 
critical commodity - spare time (does anyone actually have spare time 
anymore?).
