[CoARES-D10] HF propagation numbers.

I have been very frustrated with the number of "numbers" that indicate 
what the HF propagation is doing. Add to that the fact that most 
documents talking about the subject, do so in terminology not well 
suited to the common man. The result of that frustration is (what else) 
a web page with a summary of what I have been able to glean out of the

Would you let me know what I missed? I guess I'm just tired of these 
guys attempting to impress everyone with the complexity of their 
knowledge rather than providing useful information. SO THERE ;-)
