[CoARES-D10] ARES D10 Severe Weather Alert Standdown

The informal severe weather net actuated at the request of the NWS on the 
145.115 repeater will be discontinued at 4:00 PM local time.  Thanks to all 
stations that volunteered their  time today.  This did not turn out to be the 
emergency that it could have been, but it was a good opportunity to dust off 
the Severe Weather Material.

Check in to the ARES D-10 Information net at 9:00 pm  local tonight on the 
447.275 repeater for additional information.  Perhaps we will get an overview 
of todays weather from Brent.
