Hello to all.

One fella solution was to mount his screwdriver
antenna on the truck and run the wire to the house.
I can't find his url, somewhere in AZ I believe.
Anyway, he had a connector next to 
the garage door, when he needed to drive off,
he would disconnect.

I might also suggest the HFPack group on Yahoo. They
seem to have a handle on portable antennas.

my $0.02 worth. Interesting to read or hear
about other ham solutions.
