[Clegg] What's the deal about Clegg Manuals?

Yes, I referred to that site in my original posting.    Files for Clegg 
products show up in a list,  but I cannot get any to download.   If 
anyone has a moment and could give it a try I'd like to know if it's 
something in my browser (although I've tried three different ones).   
Otherwise my conclusion is they are not available to "non-members".   
And I'm curious as to why this is, i.e. if there is a copyright 
ownership claim by the site owner?
