[Clegg] Hello Clegg owners.

The 8236 is octal based.

With care and socket changes, a pair of 6LQ6 size sweep tube's can be
made to work on 6M. Dont overlook the 25V series string sweep tubes,
dirt cheap and a small filament xfmr is also cheap.

I dont know the space available but a pair of 4D32's is another
possibility.

Id try to stay away from forced air cooling headaches.

Is there room for conduction cooled tubes? The 8072 comes to mind, also
dirt cheap.

What key down plate voltage does the amp use?
